Oral Histories

As part of the Erie Eats exhibit, the Museum is looking to collect oral histories from residents of the Canal Corridor.

If you are a current or previous resident of the Canal Corridor, we would like to know your answers to the following questions:

– What is your name, age, and hometown?
– What is one significant memory you have involving food?
– How has food impacted your life?

Please record your verbal answers to these questions in a video or voice memo and email it to our Museum Educator, Derrick Pratt, at derrick@eriecanalmuseum.org

Need help recording a voice memo on your iPhone or Android device? Check out this handy guide!

We hope you will share your Erie Eats story with us!
